How you get through the gate and in
1. Share gate details
Before arrival, send the full name and ID or passport number of every adult and your vehicle registrations. These are only used for the estate gate.
2. We register you with security
Your trip page shows: Details needed, Submitted to security, then Cleared.
3. Meet the host at the flat
Check in between 14:00 to 19:00. The host meets you, hands over keys and shows you around.
4. Check out by 10:00
Leave the keys as agreed. Your damage deposit is refunded after the flat is checked.
