What we collect

To take a booking we collect your name, email, phone number and stay dates. Before arrival we collect the full name and ID or passport number of each adult and vehicle registrations, only so estate security can let you in.

How we protect it

ID and passport numbers are visible only to the host, are never sent by email, and are deleted automatically 90 days after check-out.

Your rights under POPIA

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the host on WhatsApp to do so.
